Why 8, 10, 12 and 16 seaters cost about the same
Most of what you pay for is the driver, the fuel and the time the vehicle is held for you. A 16 seater uses little more of each than an 8 seater, so across these four sizes the price follows the journey, not the seat count. A local transfer starts from £150 whichever you choose, and a full day is £380 to £550.
That changes how you should choose. Pick the size that gives the group room, because a larger minibus costs little more and is more comfortable.

When to step up to the 22 seater
If your group is 17 or more, move to the 22 seater minicoach rather than splitting across two minibuses. One vehicle means one driver and one set of running costs, and the group stays together.
