Minibus hire with a driver costs from £150 for a short local transfer and £380 to £550 for a full day. What you actually pay depends on the occasion, because a wedding shuttle, a match day and a school trip are booked differently.

What each kind of booking costs
The vehicle and the booking shape differ by occasion. The price follows from them.
Wedding guests
Guests between a ceremony and a venue need a short shuttle, not a day. That is a transfer or part-day booking, from £150 per vehicle for a local run. Guests from several addresses, or an all-day hire, move towards the full-day range of £380 to £550.
Funerals
Family travelling to a service and on to a wake. The price depends on the route and the time between venues. We confirm one fixed total once we have the plan.
Corporate days
A team to a conference, away day or client event, collected in the morning and returned in the evening. A full day in a 12 or 16 seater falls in £380 to £550.
School and club trips
Larger groups, so a 34 or 55 seater coach is often better value per person. A full day is £650 to £850 for 34 seats and £700 to £1,050+ for 55.
Wembley and Twickenham match days
A group travelling together to a stadium and home again. A day in a 16 seater is £380 to £550, and a one-way transfer starts from £150. See also Twickenham.
Race days
Ascot, Cheltenham, Goodwood and Newbury all run on long days with a wait for the last race. Expect the full-day range, nearer the top for the longer journeys. See Cheltenham too.
Nights out and parties
A late finish and several pickups. Late hours and extra stops can carry a supplement, so give us the full plan for one fixed price.
Family days out
A day at the coast or in the Cotswolds is a long journey with a full day booked. Expect £380 to £550 for a minibus, nearer the top for long mileage.
